A pear shape 6X4 MM ruby dangles from the lever back clasp and is embellished with 4 prong set baguette and round cut diamonds. 20 round diamonds line the front of the lever back clasp, while 38 prong set round diamonds adorn the rest of the earrings, which are made in a polished finish 14 karat yellow gold. Total diamond weight is 1/2 Ctw.
