It features an entwined figure, forming a hollow center large pear shape base and a twisted top. Each hollow base showcases a pear cut 6X4 MM sapphire nestled inside it. The entwined exterior has a plain gold base, while 22 pave set round cut diamonds to adorn the sides and the twisted top. A milgrain finish completes the look. The pendant is held on a Rope Chain 0.40 MM in 18 Inches with Spring Lock both of which are framed in 10 karat white gold. The total diamond weight is 1/10 Ctw.
