On the mount, an 18X8 MM oval cut blue topaz center stone commands attention with its mesmerizing azure hue. Haloing the center stone are 66 pave set round cut diamonds, with a triple-row arrangement at the top and bottom and a single row along the sides, totaling 132 diamonds across the pair.
