There are 26 prong set round cut diamonds embellishing the inner heart, while the loop bar is accented with 7 prong set round cut diamonds. A Cable Chain 0.85 MM in 18 Inches with Spring Lock & Extenders at 16" & 17" comes included for the Petite heart pendant. Both are styled in a 10 karat yellow gold.
