The smooth dome-shaped top forms a dramatic stage for the two-tiered pear-shaped centerpiece, drawing the eye to the vivid 8X5 MM pear cut blue topaz resting on the raised inner tier. Surrounding it from the lower outer tier, 12 prong set round cut diamonds create a delicate halo, adding sparkle that highlights the gemstone's deep sky blue hue.
