This Pirouette diamond fashion pendant features a rectangular fluted medallion with a white gold Latin Cross resting at its center, accented with 11 prong hand set round cut diamonds, 5 on the horizontal arm and 6 on the vertical arm. A thick milgrain border frames the medallion, highlighting its textured fluted surface. The Cross pendant is suspended on a smooth gold bail from a Cable Chain 1 MM in 18 Inches with Lobster Lock & Extenders at 16" & 17" in 10 karat yellow gold, while the pendant is styled in 10 karat yellow and white gold.
